SOLÁ
Launching the SOLÁVERSE
SOLÁ was preparing to launch in the Philippines and needed an online store that could support the brand from day one.
The goal was not just to publish a website. The store had to introduce the brand properly, support real transactions, and give the team a reliable setup for payments, shipping, product browsing, and future growth.
We worked with SOLÁ to launch its online store in the Philippines, built on Shopify.
About a year later, as the brand grew, the work continued. SOLÁ was ready to reach more customers outside the Philippines, so we helped the team extend that setup for Southeast Asian markets, including Shopify Payments and market configuration.
This gave SOLÁ a clearer path from local launch to regional growth, without having to start from scratch.
The Challenge
At launch, SOLÁ needed a store that could support its first stage of growth.
This meant setting up the essentials properly:
A polished storefront for the Philippine market
Clear product browsing and product pages
Local payment and shipping setup
A checkout experience customers could trust
A store structure the team could manage after launch
A year later, the challenge changed.
SOLÁ had already built momentum in the Philippines. The next step was to make the store ready for regional customers.
For a growing brand, regional expansion can get messy quickly. Payments, markets, shipping rules, and the shopping experience all need to work together. The setup also needs to stay manageable for the team.
What We Worked On
For the Philippine launch, we helped set up the store foundation:
Storefront structure
Product setup
Key pages for launch
Checkout flow
Payment configuration
Shipping setup
Basic store operations setup
For the Southeast Asia expansion, we helped extend that setup:
Shopify Markets setup
Shopify Payments support
Market-specific configurations
Regional selling setup
Store adjustments for customers outside the Philippines
What Changed
SOLÁ launched with a working online store for the Philippine market.
The team had a structure they could manage after launch, with the key parts of the shopping experience already in place.
As the brand grew, the same setup later supported its regional expansion. SOLÁ was able to prepare for Southeast Asian customers without rebuilding the entire commerce setup.
The store became one commerce foundation for both stages: launch in the Philippines first, then regional expansion when the brand was ready.
Why It Mattered
For growing brands, the first store setup matters.
A store built only for launch can become limiting later. With SOLÁ, the setup was strong enough to support the brand’s next stage of growth.
The work helped SOLÁ move from local launch to regional reach, with a store the team could continue to operate and grow from.
